Grouses on courses
I'm on an external course this week. I used to enjoy attending courses in the past, 'cos it meant a break from the usual boring office routine, and gaining new knowledge revitalized me in my workplace. Now, I'm not so sure. On one hand, attending a 9am-5pm course means able to reach home early - 6:30pm against the usual 8pm. The extra 1.5 hours I spent with the kids is precious to me and worth every second. On the other hand, I hate the thought of going back to office on Monday, to the pile of unattended work. It would mean toiling myself to clear them off and possibly working overtime and going home even later. Argh !!! How I dread it !

This photo was taken 2 days ago, while playing with my 2 darlings in the garden in the evening - rare moment indeed, to be able to take a pic in daylight on a weekday (it's usually already dark when I reach home on a normal day).
