Caught - the mosquito breeder
The doctor called to say that Jolyne's blood was tested negative for dengue fever. Nevertheless, he commented that the test is a new one which may not accurate. so we still believe it's dengue. NEA informed us that the culprit came from a few houses behind ours. Whoever he is, I'm really mad with this idiot who breed the bloody mosquitoes in his house. While I'm glad that NEA had duly punished him, I really do not understand how would someone be so ignorant enough to leave breeding grounds around and risk the life of others. And what if a small fine is not adequate to deter him from future recurrences? NEA should publish the address of the house and alert the neighbourhood, so that everyone is wary of him. Serve him right for being so stupid.

This is Jolyne with the rashes at its peak, on Tue (12 Aug).
