A Room With a View
"...Though you fly to Greece, and never see him again, or forget his very name, George will work in your thoughts till you die. It isn't possible to love and to part. You will wish that it was. You can transmute love, ignore it, muddle it, but you can never pull it out of you. I know by experience that the poets are right: love is eternal."
Excerpt from A Room With a View by E.M. Forster: Chapter 19

Ah, how romantic. I almost forgot about how beautiful E.M. Forster's works were. As a teenager, I remembered how I fell in love with him after reading "A room with a view", and how I fanatically devoured his other books.

*Mental note to self* I really really must re-read ARWAV. Have been reading too much contemporary chick-lit nowadays (not that they aren't good - they provide me with hours of entertainment on my countless MRT journeys), that I forgot how inspiring classic literature can be.
