Barney's No Surprise
I just realised that my last entry was 10 days ago! Sheesh, where has all the time gone? Anyway, apologies to those who check in everyday. I know I should have written more often.

Well, like all doting parents in Singapore, I brought the Js to the grossly-overpriced Barney show, which turned out to be a huge disappointment. The sound system was horrible, the seats were as uncomfortable as you could imagine, people were disorderly, and the show itself, well to be honest, was full of craps. So instead of ranting about a silly jumping adult dressed in an oversize purple suit, I shall save my breathe and talk about something unrelated. Haha!

I wish I can take more advantage of the Great Singapore Sales to do more of my much-needed shopping, but I can only sneak some time here and there to do quick shopping, which, by now, I'm very good at. I really love the blue shirt Jayden wore in the picture which I bought last week from Urban Kids at Raffles City. I've been searching long for something that can match his Next linen pants. Plus, at just S$9, it was a real steal! Jolyne's pink Mary Jane shoes were another great buy (from Amanda Jr at Parkway Parade). At 50% off its original price of S$49.90, I couldn't resist buying this pair of soft and comfy shoes for her. Jolyne's stripey polo shirt was from Gap bought during my last UK trip. Boy, I so love love love Gap! How I wish they have a store here. The Mothercare jeans bought for Chinese New Year appeared to be too small for her now, but she insisted on wearing it. At the speed Jolyne is growing, I've no choice but to clear her closet every quarterly to make way for new clothes. I wish I could say the same for Jayden though. Can you imagine the small-size boy is still wearing some of his 12-month clothes!

Got to sign off now. My work is giving me hell. And I need to study for a test tomorrow. And I'm craving for creme brulee. Help!
